ROSENBAUM, District Judge.
Robert Anthony Williams, a prisoner, brought this suit against prison officials1 at Iowa State Penitentiary (ISP), claiming violations of his civil rights, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. After trial, he was awarded money damages and injunctive relief arising from disciplinary reports he received while at the *714penitentiary and in connection with his transfer from ISP to the United States Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
