MEMORANDUM ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge.
In the instant action petitioner, Irving R. Boody & Co., Inc., (“IRB”) seeks confirmation of an arbitration award in the amount of $104,735.51 pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. § 9. Respondent, Win Holdings International, Inc. (“Win Inti”) contests the validity of the arbitration award and seeks to litigate the underlying dispute in this Court under Connecticut law. For the reasons discussed below this Court confirms the arbitration award in the sum of $104,735.51 with costs and post award prejudgment interest.
