THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction (DE 11) (“Motion”), filed May 9, 2012. On May 17, 2012,1 held a hearing on Plaintiffs Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and for Preliminary Injunction (“Motion for TRO”) (DE 4), and, the next day, I entered an Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion for TRO.
