Petitioners claim that the act of March 28, 1933, is unconstitutional for the reason that it was an attempt by the legislature to change, by diminishing, their salaries during the term of office for which they were elected, and that the same is in conflict with the provisions of the constitution of the State of Nevada, and particularly sec. 9 of art.
