This is a suit brought by appellee against appellant to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from a number of different acts of negligence of the defendant, its agents, servants, and employees. It was alleged that on or about the 27th day df January, 1927, at about 7 o’clock p, m., the plaintiff while walking west on Walker street upon a public highway in the city of Breckenridge, was run down by the defendant, acting through one of its agents, .servants, and employees, while driving an automobile belonging to the defendant, in the conduct of defendant’s business,…
