OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS FOR SELECTIVE PROSECUTION

I. INTRODUCTION

Defendant Steven Wallace is charged in a three-count Indictment with being a felon-in-possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
