Appellant, Mitchell T. Foster, appeals as of right the order of the trial court denying his petition *374for appellate attorney fees in addition to those sums that the trial court had already approved for Foster’s appellate representation of defendant, David George Boudrie, Sr. We reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
