Before the court are motions (the “Motions”) filed by the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Mirant Corporation (the “Committee”) seeking orders of the court directing Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., (“GSG”) and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated (“MS & C” and, with GSG, “Respondents”) to expeditiously produce documents pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr.P. 2004.
