This is an action on an insurance policy issued to plaintiff, William W. Boillot, by the defendant, Income Guaranty Company, on January 3, 1930.

The policy insures "William W. Boillot of Columbia, State of Missouri, by occupation a piano tuner, under class A, against loss resulting solely from bodily injuries effected directly and independently of all other causes through accidental means." It then provides that if such bodily injuries result in the loss of life the company will pay the sum of $5000, or if such bodily injuries totally and continuously disable the insured from performing any…
