Action upon a contract, treated below as a guaranty. Aiter a trial without a jury, there was a decision for plaintiffs and defend ant appeals from an order denying his motion for amended findings or a new trial.

On July 1, 1919, defendant sold all the stock of the First State ■Bank of Martin, North Dakota, to plaintiffs Breher and Daly and William A. Saméis, since deceased.
