—In a medical malpractice action, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Gerard, J.), dated March 3, 1992, as, upon reargument, adhered to its original determination disapproving the establishment of a Special Needs Trust.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
