Carson v. Carson

This is an appeal from the October 11, 1985, order of the Kalamazoo Circuit Court ordering a change of custody to the defendant father.

The parties were married on May 24, 1975. Their minor child, Sarah Jenness Carson, was born on November 7, 1976. In the judgment of divorce, entered July 30, 1979, custody of the minor child was awarded to the plaintiff mother. Defendant was granted visitation during alternate holidays, alternate weekends and three weeks per summer.
