Action to set aside a sheriff’s deed and quiet the title, in the plaintiff, to certain lots in the city of Hastings. The defendants had the judgment, and the plaintiff has appealed.
The evidence which was received by the trial court, over defendants’ objections, shows the existence of- the following facts: In the year 1901 plaintiff, a married woman, and her husband resided in the city of Hastings.
