MEMORANDUM OPINION

ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Chief Judge.

Pro se plaintiff Jerry Weese alleges that debtor George Lambert concealed assets and failed to disclose all of his income on his bankruptcy schedules. He, therefore, objects to Lambert’s discharge under sections 727(a)(2)(A) and 727(a)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code (the Code). This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(J) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1).
