This case comes here upon exceptions by both parties to the report of the master to whom it was *45referred, by interlocutory decree [Case No. «,424], to take proofs and ascertain the profits received by the defendants from the use of the device described in the first claim of the letters patent [No. 4,712] as reissued to John Deuchfield, January 10th, 1872, being for an improved arrangement of means for cooling and drying meal.
