Pro se petitioner Robert A. Tribble, an inmate at the Federal Correctional Institute in Otisville, New York (“FCI Otis-ville”), seeks a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 challenging the loss of good-time credits while incarcerated at United States Prison (“USP”) Atlanta when a Discipline Hearing Officer sanctioned him with the loss of twenty-seven days of good-time credits for engaging in consensual sexual intercourse with another inmate and then claiming he was raped.
