OPINION

RODRIGUEZ, Justice.

Appellant, Sixto Monterrubio, Jr., was found guilty of the offense of capital murder and was assessed a life sentence. Monterru-bio appeals his conviction claiming that the trial court improperly denied his motion for a directed verdict and that the trial court erred in failing to suppress his confessions. We affirm.
