COTE, District Judge.

Certain defendants in this complex securities litigation arising from the collapse of WorldCom, Inc. (“WorldCom”) have moved for a writ to require a trial in a related Alabama state court action to be rescheduled from October of this year to no earlier than sixty days following the completion of the class action trial which is scheduled to begin in this Court on January 10, 2005.
