Conklin v. Saugerties Central School District

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Melkonian, J.), entered September 5, 2012 in Ulster County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

Plaintiff, in the course of monitoring the MySpace account of his daughter, Cheyanne Conklin, discovered comments indicating that one of Conklin’s fellow students, Cassidy Edwards, intended to fight Conklin the next day at one of defendant’s schools.
