The Chancellor:

The question presented by the bill arises upon three trust instruments which William duPont, Sr., created in his lifetime.

The subject of each trust was shares of the common stock of E. I. duPont deNemours & Company, a corporation of this State—three thousand seven hundred and fifty shares in each of two of the trusts and two thousand shares *168in the third. The complainant is trustee in each trust.
