Bryan Lichtenstein ("Lichtenstein") and his insurer, United Services Automobile Association (collectively "Appellants"), appeal the jury's verdict returned on February 16, 2017, which found Lichtenstein liable as the sole cause of a motor vehicle accident which occurred between Lichtenstein and Appellee, Alvin McBride ("McBride"). McBride and his granddaughter, Dynte Moore ("Moore" or collectively "Appellees") were injured in the accident.
