CALHOUN, Judge.

Offense, possession of intoxicating liquor for the purpose of sale; punishment, confinement in the penitentiary for two years.

Operating under a search warrant, the officers first searched a house located at 1700 Brooklyn street in the city oí Beaumont, where the appellant, Walter Comeaux, lived, but did not find anything in the house.
