The plaintiff, a real estate broker of New .Britain, is seeking by this action to recover a commission of two per cent, upon the selling price of certain land and mill property conveyed by the defendant to P. & F. Corbin in September, 1904. The ease was tried in the Superior Court to the jury, and a verdict was rendered for the plaintiff for $1,350.
