This action was brought by Gilbert V. ITuddy ■ against the Railway Express Agency, Inc, to recover damages, actual and punitive, for delay in transporting a suitcase containing wearing apparel of the plaintiff, and for alleged fraud, negligence, wantonness and willfulness in the collection of an alleged overcharge.
