This suit was brought by appellee against appellant in the circuit court of Ashley county to recover damages in the sum of $2,999 on account of an injury he claims to have received to his back 'by slipping on a small quantity of oil negligently spilled and left on the floor at or near the place he was employed to work in a little room in the northwest corner of its business house in Crossett, Arkansas.
