In this reinsurance case, this New York-based. Court must decide an issue of first impression concerning Montana privilege law. The issue arises out of two related miscellaneous actions that were recently transferred to this Court from the District of Montana. In 'these actions, defendants contend'that certain documents that plaintiffs seek in discovery in the underlying action, AmTrust North America, Inc. v.
