This is a proceeding commenced in this court looking to the punishment of Leo Doyle and Louis Houck for alleged contempt of this court. It grows out of and is supplementary to the case of State ex rel. Merriam v. Ross, commenced on twentieth day of July, 1893, and decided by this court March 24, 1894 (122 Mo. 435; 25 S. W.
