The Second Injury Fund (“SIF”) appeals from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s (“Commission”) affir-mance of an award by the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) for Adetayo Sodipo (“Claimant”) on a jurisdictional issue and increase in Claimant’s monetary award.
