In the Tuscola circuit court the last will and testament of Grant D. Soper was contested by Lucinda Soper. Plaintiff herein was proponent of the will. The jury rendered a verdict sustaining the will, and thereafter the following entries were made:
April 3, 1922. Judgment was rendered on the verdict.
May 2, 1922. Motion filed to extend time to move for a new trial.
