Grice, Justice.
A. P. Chambers obtained a loan from the Gainesville Production Credit Association, and secured the same by a first mortgage on certain of his live stock and the crops to be produced by him, including cotton to be grown on 130 acres of land. Later the owner and holder of this mortgage, or bill of sale, foreclosed it and levied on mares and mules and the remainder of the crops of Chambers then on hand.
