Appeal from the District Court of the Sixth Judicial District. This was an action brought by the plaintiffs, the owners of a regularly licensed bridge, held since 1850, across the American river, at about the termination of Eighteenth street, Sacramento City, (known as Lisle’s Bridge,) praying for an injunction, restraining the defendants from running a ferry within one mile of plaintiffs’ bridge, and for damages for having so run said ferry.
