MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

DALY, District Judge.

Theodore Green, the petitioner in this habeas corpus action, was to be paroled from the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut on September 7, 1977. He remains in prison today due to a series of administrative actions taken by prison officials and the United States Parole Commission following an altercation with members of the prison hospital staff on August. 8, 1977.
