American Lawyer Media, Inc. (“ALM”), an integrated media company that focuses on the legal profession, moves for an order: (1) granting it leave to intexrvene in this now settled action; (2) unsealing documents submitted by the parties in support of and in opposition to a motion for summary judgment (“Summary Judgment Documents”); and (3) identifying other sealed documents.
