OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, Adam M. McArthur, appeals the judgment entered by the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. McArthur was sentenced to a prison term of seven years for his robbery convictions. The following facts are relevant to a determination of this appeal.
{¶ 2} McArthur is an African-American male. On the night of March 11, 2006, McArthur entered the Wal-Mart located in Eastlake, Ohio.
