After a trial by jury in the Circuit Court of Henry County (“trial court”), Larry E. Uptegrove (“Uptegrove”) appeals his convictions on two counts of child molestation in the first degree, in violation of section 566.067, 1 for which he received two concurrent seven-year sentences.
