Appellee Mrs, Ora Duease, for herself and minor son, brought suit against the appellant for the death of her husband and two minor sons, who were killed in a crossing accident at the crossing in Purnell, Leflore county, Miss.

On Sunday morning, August 2, 1925, at about nine o’clock Mr. Duease and his two sons, Truman and Andrew, aged twenty and eighteen years, respectively, left their home in Leflore county, about a mile north of where the accident occurred for the purpose of making a trip to Greenwood.
