ORDER GRANTING MOTIONS TO DISMISS Carol Kenyon needed an emergency medical flight from Puerto Rico to Florida. So she contacted an air ambulance operator, who in turn contacted her insurer, who in turn stated that the flight was a covered benefit. The air ambulance then flew Kenyon to Florida. Several months later, it turned out that Kenyon’s insurer was only willing to pay about 5% of the air ambulance bill.…
