Appellant Curtis Ray Flowers appeals the order of the Columbia County Circuit Court convicting him of capital murder and aggravated robbery. As Appellant was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment without parole in the Arkansas Department of Correction, our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. l-2(a)(l).
