This is an appeal from a trial court’s interlocutory order granting appellees’ application for a temporary injunction and ordering the subject premises padlocked for one year or until a final hearing may be held, or until defendants post a $5,000 bond pursuant to TEX.REV.CIV.STAT.ANN. art. 4666 (Vernon 1952).
