Jeffeiy Dale Nelson appeals his convictions of premeditated first-degree murder, burglary, and three counts of forgery. These crimes arose from the death of Nelson’s stepfather, Stanley Swartz, who Nelson admitted striking repeatedly in the head with a baseball bat.
