Michael W. Dilbeck, individually, and Michelle Ann Dilbeck, a minor, suing by and through her father and next friend, Michael W. Dilbeck, brought an action against Southern Railway Company and Rhoda Lee Wright, administratrix of the estate of John R. Wright, Jr., deceased, in which it was alleged that Mrs. Rebecca Ann Dilbeck, the wife of Michael W. Dilbeck and mother of Michelle Ann Dilbeck, was killed in a railroad crossing collision on.
