This is an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff, and this is the second appeal of this case. The opinion in the first appeal is reported in 76 Ind. App. 145, and for the facts in the case see that opinion.

After the case was remanded, there was an amended complaint and also a supplemental complaint filed.
