The Chapter 7 Trustee (“Trustee”) seeks court approval of the sale and assignment the Debtor’s and the Estate’s interest in an unexpired ground lease with the City of Atlanta (“City”) to Khushal Hospitality, LLP (“Khushal”) under 11 U.S.C. § 363(b) and (f).
