I. INTRODUCTION

The Trust for the Certificate Holders of the Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1999 C-l (“Trust”) brings this action against Love Funding Corporation (“Love Funding”) for breach of contract.
