SCIRICA, Circuit Judge.

This case requires us once again to address the question of what constitutes a “pattern of racketeering activity” under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 1961-1968 (1984 & Supp.1990).

Plaintiff Philip Banks filed an initial complaint against defendants Donald Wolk, Brad Cohen, Larry Cohen, James Weiner, First Fidelity Insurance Corporation (“FFIC”), and First Fidelity Financial Group (“FFFG”).
