— In consolidated proceedings pursuant to article 7 of the Real Property Tax Law, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Sullivan, J.), entered May 6, 1981, which, inter alia, reduced the assessment by $50 for the year 1978 (on the ground of inequality) and sustained the assessment for the year 1979. Judgment reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs or disbursements, and case remitted to Special Term for a new trial, at which the evidentiary matters herein discussed are to receive consideration.
