In a support proceeding pursuant to article 4 of the Family Court Act, the father appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated February 4, 1980, as granted the petitioner an upward modification of the child support provided in the parties’ separation agreement. Order reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the petition for increased support is dismissed.
