CALHOUN, Judge.

— Conviction for the unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquor; punishmnt, one year in the penitentiary.

Appellant plead guilty to the charge in the indictment and filed a plea for suspended sentence. The State offered two eye witnesses to the offense charged: The appellant offered his mother as a witness. She testified that appellant had never had been convicted for a felony in this State or in any other state. The appellant took the stand as a witness in his own behalf and testified that he had never been arrested before in his life about any liquor. He also testified…
