I agree with the majority except for its unnecessary restriction of the nationwide injunction entered by the district court in response to von Drehle Corporation’s unlawful actions.1 In 2013, we affirmed a jury verdict in favor of Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products, LP on its contributo*723ry infringement claim against von Drehle, and we remanded the case for further proceedings, including consideration of Georgia-Pacific’s request for injunctive relief.
