Defendant has appealed from a sentence imposed on conviction of possessing and transporting intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes, in violation of the Act of March 27, 1923, P. L. 34, known as the Snyder Act.

The contentions made before us in his behalf are that the motions to quash the indictment and in arrest of judgment should have been sustained by the court below, because (1) the information does not charge any crime known to the law of Pennsylvania; (2) the indictment does not sufficiently charge a crime; (3) the Act of 1923, supra, contravenes Art.
